Good financial management and food security is key in the development of a community. It provides a basis of sustainability and empowerment, which enables local people to resource their own projects. This lifts communities from a state of dependency on external aid and funding, and brings them to a place of inter-dependency, where each community member contributes to local development.
We have supported a number of projects that teach and equip local people in better agricultural skills, housing and education. The results are quite astounding!
